| The Kazato Research Foundation was established
on January 10, 1969, in commemoration of the 20th anniversary of JEOL
Ltd. by the contribution of Kenji Kazato, the founder of JEOL Ltd.,
to promote the research and development of electron microscopes and
other related devices, as well as their application researches (medical
science, biology, material study, nanotechnology, and others). |
